Topic: Preparation Always Comes Before Promotion
Good day everyone.
In life and in our walk with God, preparation always comes before promotion. Many people desire elevation, success, leadership, and greater opportunities, but every promotion requires a season of preparation.
David was prepared in the wilderness before becoming king. Joseph was prepared through challenges before becoming a ruler in Egypt. Even Jesus spent time preparing before beginning His ministry.
Sometimes preparation may look like delays, learning seasons, discipline, hard work, or difficult moments, but these seasons are not wasted. God uses them to build character, wisdom, patience, and strength in us.
If you are in a season of preparation, do not become discouraged. Stay faithful, keep learning, keep praying, and continue giving your best. When preparation is complete, promotion will come at the right time.
Your current season is preparing you for your next level.
