Hello you gorgeous people! This is your weekend planner speaking.

Whether you're celebrating Easter this Sunday or just looking for an iconic Sunday supper, today would be an ideal day to get set up for my Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna.

Put together your grocery list today and set aside about 90 minutes on Saturday to prep the bechamel, and saute the artichokes (canned) and spinach.

Sunday is assemble and bake, super chill vibes!

In addition to basic pantry ingredients (garlic, olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper, butter, etc), you'll need:

Milk
Parm
1 15-ounce can of artichoke hearts
1 bunch of spinach
8 ounces mozzarella
1 15-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
1 box of dried lasagna noodles

Hello Earthlings! I would normally be releasing a new video today on my usual every Tuesday cadence, but instead I have some news. Along with my tiny-but-mighty production team, I've been working on a new playlist with recipes tied to my first book, Where Cooking Begins. WCB is a bit more technique-driven than That Sounds So Good, which is more about time management and cooking for specific days/occasions. All of the WCB episodes are going to hone in on key moments in the recipe so you know exactly what to look for when you're cooking at home.

We're working on original theme music, newly-designed graphics, and goofy sound effects for the new playlist. It's going to be super fun—I just need an extra week to pull all the pieces together and polish it up.

I'll debut the first episode of the new playlist Tuesday, April 5, with an epic cameo from a truly beloved comrade. Going forward after that, my video upload day will be Wednesdays. Please subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications so you don't miss anything.

I've got another exciting project in the works that bumped my videos out of their Tuesday spot. More on that very soon 😘
