Los invito a acompañarnos en esta conversación.

We pay more attention to what others say to us than what we say to ourselves. How is your inner conversation?

In my new video, I talk about how grief transforms when we begin to face it — not to erase it, but to live with it differently.
I’d love to hear from you as you answer this question from the heart:

After losing a loved one… have you ever felt angry at God?
If so, you are not alone—and there is nothing wrong with you.
In this video, I open my heart and speak honestly about something many people carry silently: anger, confusion, and even distance from God after a loss. These feelings are rarely talked about, yet they are a very real part of grief for many.
I share my own story of suddenly losing my beloved father when I was just 12 years old—and how that loss deeply impacted my faith, my understanding of God, and my relationship with grief. What I felt then was not weakness or a lack of faith; it was grief asking to be acknowledged.
As a thanatologist and grief specialist, I want you to know that anger toward God, questioning, and spiritual struggle can be part of the grieving process. Grief does not cancel faith, and faith does not require silence or pretending everything is okay.
If you have ever felt conflicted, guilty, or ashamed for what you felt after your loss, this video is for you. My intention is to validate you, remind you that your feelings make sense, and offer a compassionate space where grief—just as it is—is welcome.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
Your grief is valid.
And your questions are, too.
From my heart, to yours,
Ligia
If this resonated with you, you don’t have to walk grief alone.
