🌶️ Smoky Jalapeño Salsa 🌶️

I first tried this at a BBQ in South Florida — my friend Joey, a talented chef, originally made it. He blanches the jalapeños; I roast mine for a sweeter, smoky kick. Either way, it’s addictive (and a little painful the next day 😉).
Quick Directions:
1️⃣ Wear gloves, wash, stem & seed jalapeños; quarter onion, peel garlic.
2️⃣ Toss with 3 tbsp oil on a sheet pan, broil until charred.
3️⃣ Blend with 1/3 cup water, cilantro, chicken bouillon, then slowly add ½ cup oil.
4️⃣ Taste, adjust, and serve!
Perfect for chips, tacos, or any dish needing a little heat! 🔥
