Good morning friends! We’re in full makers mode over here, restocking the apothecary with tinctures, infused oils, tea blends, and herbal soap. But this morning I’m taking a break to forage some spring dandelion greens and roots. Dandelion greens are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. The roots are fabulous for gut health and healing, and I just read a study that shows they can help lower your LDL (bad cholesterol) and raise your HDL (good cholesterol). So go forage some spring dandelion! 😁

It’s walnut sap boiling day! This is our second year tapping our walnut trees. Last year didn’t produce much but this year has been incredible! We’re expecting to have almost a gallon of syrup…We’ll see how much we get! Did you know you can tap walnut trees?
