Zen Art Diaries by AR
It’s been a while since my last upload here. I’ve been busy creating freebies for the BTS concert, and I was still riding the excitement and happiness from that amazing experience when I received some difficult news that left me feeling a little overwhelmed.
Lately, I’ve felt my anxiety starting to creep in, and I’m trying my best to keep it from taking over. Because of that, I haven’t had much motivation to create or do the things I normally enjoy.
I’m hopeful that I’ll find my rhythm again soon. Creating art, along with making bracelets, stickers, earrings, and other handmade freebies, has always been one of my favorite ways to cope with stress and clear my mind. For now, I’m taking things one day at a time and looking forward to getting back to doing what I love. 💜

Sorry as I am not able to upload shorts daily this past week as I had a family emergency. I still draw daily for the challenge but I just have a hard time editing as it is time consuming. I start editing thẹn before I knew it it’s the next day already 😂.
