Great news! (a bit late but) Immersive Vehicle have UPDATED to 1.16.5 along with some pretty nice vehicles. ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT BE UNSTABLE (Especially with Rubidium), you can try and test it out for yourself with Optifine.
