On August 4, 1991, the Greek cruise liner Oceanos sank in the Indian Ocean off the coast of South Africa in 19 hours. Several key senior officers and staff abandoned the ship early with hundreds of passengers still on board. The entertainment staff went above and beyond to ensure all passengers were safely rescued by South African authorities.This animation recreates the sinking of the Oceanos 35 years later. I want to thank you all so much for the positive reaction to my latest video: The sinking of the Andrea Doria | Animated 70 Years Later. The video has done a first on the channel, surpassing 100,000 in less than 55 hours! I've never had a video on my channel gain this many views in such a short amount of time. That is a record for my channel and my videos, and I am so grateful for it. The success of the video has deeply motivated me to want to create more videos like this. Hi everyone.
Tomorrow is the 70th anniversary of a tragic sinking which took place. To commemorate this tragedy I will be releasing my first ever sinking animation powered by Unreal Engine 5. I learned so many new things when making this video and I still have a lot more to learn. But I’m very proud of how it turned out.
I would really appreciate it if you would all join me here tomorrow for the videos release. Your feedback will be invaluable with animations going forward. I’m particularly looking at those of you who already use Unreal Engine and blender. I will leave you with this image. See you all tomorrow

108 years ago. Carpathia, the ship famous for rescuing the survivors ot the Titanic, was torpedoed 3 times by the German U-Boat U-55. There were 223 onboard; 5 were lost.

I would like to thank you all so much for getting the channel to 130,000 Subscribers! This is a great achievement, and I'm grateful for it every day! As you saw, last month I began making Unreal Engine 5 animations. Soon, this will be the new norm on the channel, finally replacing Lumion animations, which are super limited in what you can achieve. Not only can I now render visually better-looking videos, but also higher resolutions with a faster turnaround time! Please share your suggestions below. I have a few ideas for some anniversaries coming up in the next few months, but I would love to hear your ideas! Thank you again for being a part of my community <3

On This Day, May 31st 1911, the magnificent Titanic (Yard No. 401) was launched in Belfast for the White Star Line. She was the second vessel of the famed Olympic-class trio, following Olympic and later Britannic. Check out the Launch animation as it happened 115 years ago!
