I have always wanted deep connection, but when love or closeness actually shows up, something in me pulls back. There’s this quiet fear that’s hard to explain, and for a long time I didn’t understand where it came from.
Im Mark. I work as a librarian, and over the years I’ve spent a lot of time reading and learning about these patterns attachment, fear, intimacy, and why we react the way we do. This channel is my way of sharing what I’ve learned, along with my own experiences.
I created this space for people who feel the same but don’t always have the words to ask for help. I believe we don’t need to fix ourselves. We just need to understand what’s underneath, recognize the roots, and move at our own pace.
