Fat Earth Studios is a Godot game development channel where I share tutorials based on the projects I'm building.
I spent 10 years writing software in the aerospace industry, and now I'm using that experience to make games and help other developers avoid some of the headaches I ran into along the way.

I've been hard at work on the next video. The foundation for building a working game from scratch in Godot, with the project structure, main game scenes, systems, and workflow set up from the beginning.
I wanted to create original art for the project instead of using placeholders or assets from existing games. Being more of a programmer than an artist, that took a bit more time than anticipated. But it's all coming together now, and should be coming soon!

Slight schedule slip this week. Holiday + family time slowed me down a bit.
New video should be out toward the middle of the week.
Also, I may have gotten a bit carried away with the spawner. I was wondering if I could, I didn't stop to think if I should....
