GUT DISTENTION… it’s NOT just fat.
There are literally millions of people walking around today with severe gut distention —

TEST LEVELS NORMAL BUT STILL FEEL LIKE SH*T? PROLACTIN.
So many guys have come to me...
Their testosterone levels are in a decent position, yet...
Libido GONE.
Can’t get hard.
Brain fog.
No motivation.
No aggression in the gym.
Everything just feels FLAT.
And after I’ve told them to get a full hormone panel...
Their prolactin comes back HIGH.
When prolactin rises — your dopamine DROPS.

Destroy arterial plaque by mega-dosing nattokinase.
A supplement I’ve been recommending to clients for years — the “clot killer.”
Nattokinase.
I was introduced to it almost two decades ago by none other than Dante Trudel (@dante_trudel).
He went on and on about how it could dissolve plaque, fibrin, and clots.
Back then, people thought it was overhyped.
Today?
Science is confirming he was right all along.
(PMID 36545015)
But first — what the f**k is nattokinase?
It’s an enzyme pulled from fermented soybeans (the Japanese dish natto).
Doesn’t sound sexy — but what it does inside your body is.
Breaks down fibrin, the sticky stuff that builds clots.
Clears out calcium deposits and plaque clogging arteries.
Keeps blood flow smooth.
Basically runs through your vascular system like a f**king PRESSURE WASHER.
In 2022, researchers tested these claims.
Over 1,000 people, 12 months, taking 10,800 FU/day.
Effective management of atherosclerosis progress and hyperlipidemia with nattokinase:
A clinical study with 1,062 participants.
Results:
~36% reduction in carotid plaque size.
Cholesterol dropped.
LDL dropped.
Triglycerides dropped.
HDL went up.

And doses under 3,600 FU?
Ineffective.
I’ve been recommending 8,000 to 12,000 FU per day of nattokinase to clients for years.
Not 2,000. Not 4,000.
You need REAL DOSES if you actually want results.
That’s all fine and good…
But what does this level of plaque reduction mean for your body?
According to a JAMA meta-analysis (7,400+ patients):
Every 1% plaque regression = ~19% drop in major cardiovascular event risk.
(PMID 37647074)
So if nattokinase cuts plaque by around 36%,
you’re looking at a MASSIVE DROP in heart attack and stroke risk.
Let that sink in.
This isn’t just “better blood flow” — we’re talking significantly lower risk of strokes and heart attacks.
Real fking change inside your arteries.**
A few things though:
Get proper nattokinase — verified FU activity.
Don’t play cowboy if you’re on blood thinners.
And don’t think this replaces diet, training, or sleep — it complements them.
When it comes to clots and calcified arteries,
there’s not much you can do to help with that.
So really? I think you’d be mental not to have this supplement in your arsenal.

REAL ALTERNATIVES TO TRT: HCG, ENCLOMIPHENE & KISSPEPTIN

So many guys come to me, in their 20s, 30s, 40s...
• Low mood for NO reason.
• No drive.
• Sleep’s fine but you still wake up EXHAUSTED.
• Gym sessions are flat.
• Sex life? Nonexistent.
That’s LOW TEST.
And if your bloods come back 12 nmol/L (=330 ng/dl) or under, that’s not “okay.”
That’s a MASSIVE RED FLAG.
Doctors might tell you it’s “normal.” It’s NOT.
TRT isn’t evil.
It’s replacement therapy.
You’re literally replacing what your body isn’t making.
I’ve watched it bring men back to life.
But if you’re a young guy, still want fertility, or just not ready to pin for life —
there are other plays.
Let’s start with ENCLOMIPHENE.
This one’s a gem when used right.
What it does is boost your LH and FSH, which are basically the two messengers that tell your balls:
“Oi, wake up and start producing testosterone again.”
So you’re making your own test, not injecting it.
However... while some guys feel f**king incredible on it, others?
Anxiety. Mood swings. Headaches.
I’ve even seen libido tank in a few cases.
So yes, it works. But it’s not a free ride.
You need bloods. You need feedback. You need to know your response.
Next up, HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin).
Usually used in PCT or during a steroid cycle to stop the old boys from shrinking.
But what most don’t realise is: HCG mimics LH.
When you inject it...
It literally tells your testes:
“Start producing testosterone. Right now.”
That makes it a powerful option for men who want to restore or boost natural production without pinning synthetic test.
It’s powerful, but it’s also tricky as hell.
Run it too high and you can spike estrogen, crash your LH/FSH feedback loop, or end up with that weird hormonal rollercoaster —
mood swings, water retention, even gyno if you’re unlucky.
Your body’s clever — it knows when something external is messing with the signal.
So dosage and timing matter more than anything.
Start light. Monitor bloods. Adjust smart.
Now this is where things get really interesting.
Because there’s a newer player that’s starting to make noise: KISSPEPTIN.
And before you ask, no, it’s not officially approved yet.
But the early data — and what I’ve seen firsthand — is seriously impressive.
Kisspeptin triggers your brain to release GnRH,
which then fires up LH and FSH production naturally.
It’s like going right to the source.
So instead of replacing hormones,
you’re reminding your body how to make them again.
I’ve run this with younger guys in their 20s — the ones I refuse to put on TRT —
and the results have been unreal.
Libido up.
Fertility markers improving.
Energy and mood through the roof.
And bloodwork? Test levels rising, naturally.

So before you jump straight into TRT thinking it’s your only hope...
Understand this: there’s a progression.
You may be able to restart your system before you replace it.
You just need to know what to use, how to dose it, and when to pull the trigger.

BODYBUILDING FOR CROSSFIT? WTF!?
Client Diogo looking INSANE as we come into the final push of his “bodybuilding” program.
Now — when you look at the workload CrossFitters undertake, you’d ASSUME it’s a GREAT way to get into shape, right?
WRONG.
In fact, one of the most COMMON requests I get is from guys and girls doing CrossFit / Hyrox who CAN’T seem to drop fat.
Don’t get me wrong… they’re not OUT of shape… it’s more that their shape is NOT progressing.
So why the f**k is that?
Simple: you can’t serve two masters — you’ll end up going nowhere.
CrossFit / Hyrox = ALL about performance.
Bodybuilding-style prep = ALL about fat loss.
If you’re pushing for PERFORMANCE, you NEED a good amount of food.
If you try to push into a DEFICIT, performance tanks, recovery suffers, fatigue/inflammation spike, cortisol rises, metabolism slows.
In layman’s terms: TERRIBLE for fat loss.
With a bodybuilding approach, the goal is fat loss.
You’re not fueling for max output — you’re feeding the muscle JUST enough to hold size, while starving fat and using low-impact cardio to burn it off.
So with Diogo, I pulled him into a “temporary” bodybuilding phase to get him ripped to pieces.
Once that’s DONE? We go right back to FULL-BLOWN CrossFit.
Except now I can feed him UP for performance while keeping him in the NEW shape we built during this fat loss phase.
The result? Diogo is in the BEST shape of his LIFE.
Even HE can’t believe what he’s seeing.
Despite being an ANIMAL in CrossFit, he’s NEVER seen his body like this.

This is NOT a before & after…
It’s a BULKED to RIPPED transformation.
So many don’t realise how DECEIVING the body can be when bulked up…
For MOST guys on their first few bulks —
It will actually LOOK like you’ve gone backwards.
But if you’ve added size & strength,
and actually spent TIME doing it…
That new muscle will COME TO LIFE when you cut down.
That’s exactly what happened here with Bevan.
