Baby ki care mein busy hain? Sirf 5 minutes apne body ko bhi dein. πβ
Neck, shoulders aur back ki stiffness ko ignore na karein. A gentle 5-minute postpartum mobility reset can help you move, breathe and feel more comfortable. π·
Move gently β stop if pain increases.

Bar bar diaper change karte waqt kamar mein dard? πΆπ»
Low surface, bending aur reaching aapki back par extra strain daal sakte hain. Baby ke close stand karein, supplies paas rakhein aur posture reset karte rahen. π

Baby ko uthate waqt back ya wrist mein dard? πΆπ»
Baby ko body ke close rakhein, hips & knees se bend karein, aur twisting se bachain. Small changes can reduce strain. π

βMommy Wrist: Why Does Your Wrist Hurt After Having a Baby?β
βBaby ko uthate waqt thumb aur wrist mein dard hota hai? πΆπ»π€²π»
Donβt ignore it β it could be βMommy Wristβ.β
New motherhood brings endless cuddles, feeding, lifting and carrying β but all that repeated hand use can put extra strain on your wrist and thumb. π
Mommy Wrist, often associated with De Quervainβs tenosynovitis, may cause pain around the thumb side of the wrist, tenderness, swelling, or difficulty gripping and lifting your baby.
Small changes can make a difference: keep your wrist as neutral as possible, use both hands when lifting, reduce unnecessary strain, and take short rest breaks.
Persistent or worsening pain deserves proper assessment rather than simply pushing through it.

The right labor position can change how supported, comfortable, and in control you feel. π€°β¨
There is no single βperfectβ labor position.
Walking, side-lying, hands-and-knees, supported sitting, or a birth ball position may help you feel more comfortable, mobile, and supported during labor.
Move. Breathe. Change positions. Trust your body. πΈ

Birth preparation is not just about Kegels β your pelvic floor also needs to know how to relax. π·
A relaxed pelvic floor can support better breathing, coordination, and body awareness during labor.
Strength matters β but so does letting go. π€°β¨

Your breath can become one of your strongest tools in labor. π¬οΈπ€°
Calm, controlled breathing can help reduce unnecessary tension, support relaxation, and help you stay focused during contractions.
Breathe slowly. Relax deeply. Work with your body β not against it. πΈ
