‼️ HISTORY MADE!! This is Jill Jones, one of the first people in a QUARTER OF A CENTURY to receive plasma medicine made from YOUR donations.

Jill, from Oxford, lives with immune deficiency and needs immunoglobulin to help her body fight infections.

Rather than being bought internationally, the immunoglobulin Jill received during her most recent infusion came from UK blood and plasma donors.

The NHS has been working towards this moment since 2021, when the government gave the go-ahead for UK plasma to be used to make medicines again.
