We cycled to extremely weird times, and current news is deranged af. And if they play on your emotions, it means huge success. You know what that’s called? A psychological operation.

I’ve been reflecting on this line from The Pythagorean Sentences of Demophilus (22):

“The sacrifices of fools are food for the fire, and the offerings which they bring supply the temple robbers.”

Let that sink in. It feels like it was written for right now (history be repeating).

Stay grounded, question everything, and keep your inner flame protected. The times may be strange, but we don’t have to play the fool or feed the fire.

Hey folks, I hope you’re safe and doing well. The world feels heavy, and if you don’t know how to regulate yourself yet, please start learning how. Breathe, pause, listen to your body. You deserve peace, and I genuinely care about you more than any algorithm or upload schedule.

I am sharing this as a caution since I’ve launched Patchwork Storytime. These are the kinds of patterns and stories we need to notice as we move forward. We’re all going to figure this out together. Awareness is power even if it starts out scary. Then you notice the patterns and the puppet strings.

Take care of yourself as you watch, regulate when it feels heavy, because that’s the real work beneath the stories.

I’ll be back this Saturday and I’ve got archetypes, root cause therapy, and shadow work on deck… just gotta make it through the work week like many of you. Until then, keep your eyes open and your spirit grounded.

When it all feels too heavy, remember that the illusion was built to weigh you down. Everything that feels heavy is part of the grand distraction. Don’t carry what isn’t yours. Step back, breathe, and notice the strings. They only pull you if you play the puppet. 👁️Very interesting to watch the puppet strings. Your flame is older than the weight, older than the world. Sit in that knowing. Stop feeding the shadows in the façade and they starve. They can’t touch what won’t engage.

✨After several months away, I’m returning with a deeper perspective. My goodness, I have missed you 🥰 Teaching inside a prison has been humbling and raw. The system is heavy, but I’ve also seen light rise in the most unlikely places. Resilience is showing up scarred but determined, finding laughter in hard spaces, and choosing to keep learning when the world counts you out. And, I’ve learned that my own inner flame is not dimmed by the system around me; it only burns brighter when I use it to help others find theirs.

I’m excited to bring that energy forward into new videos and reflections with you all.

I’ll begin posting again this week (just waiting on my new microphone 🎤). Thank you for your patience and for walking this path with me, it means more than I can say.

The cracks are showing folks, don’t you see it? I’ve always appreciated this quote from John Trudell, likening him to be a soul brother of mine if you will. I have so much to say, and I think I’m ready to say it. My schedule will allow me to post this weekend. Stay cool and hydrated in the heat and protect your spirit at all costs going forward. The illusions are fierce and if something feels off, it is. Remember who tf you are and remember where you are.
