In my life inside and outside of the military I’ve learned that we need to empower ourselves to overcome many expected challenges.

through fitness I was able to do that not just for myself but to millions of others as well.

Military muscles message is no different than my message for the past few years…
-To motivate, inspire and empower others to become the most badass version of themselves every single day.
