One of my favourite videos I’ve made on the channel features this beautiful Nauticat 33. The owner, Jimmy, is a genuinely friendly and welcoming guy who not only allowed me to film his boat but also took the time to show me around and share his knowledge.

I’ve got a few more boat tour videos on the channel that I’m hoping to add to the playlist soon, showcasing some of the interesting boats and owners I’ve had the chance to meet along the way.

My next video will be back to a boat project episode, as I’m currently dealing with a few issues of my own. I’ve managed to fix some things… but I’m still scratching my head over a few others! The joys of boat ownership!

One of the reasons I picked up the Thule Ocean 80 roof box is because wheelchairs take up a lot of space. When buying stuff online, it's always tricky to figure out how big things are and how much storage they can hold. So I made a product review of the box, and to be honest, I've used it way more than I thought I was going to. Plus, we use it as storage in the garden, so it's used pretty much all year round.

My friends new to him boat. Just a short 5 minute video this week. It was an unexpected trip as I bumped into him on the fuel dock and jumped on. The owner and crew member didn't want to be in the video. But managed to fly the drone around, have a good time and I throw some info in about the bristol channel too. I have a few boat project that I've been working and got stuck on! Which will be the next episode.

My anchor hasn't worked for a while. So finally getting around to fixing it which means a little wiring. Not sure how I'm going to get the the switch from behind and its held in with a ton of sealant. But first I need to run to get some more spade connectors

Working on the next video. I have a whole bunch of boat projects to do..... So naturally when a friend asked if I wanted to head out on his new to him boat I took the chance to jump ship and head out on a joy ride. It's a Fibersport Artaban 735. It was the first time he took it out of the locks he wanted to see what it could do and we hit a comfortable 20kn. A few of our friends had sailed across the channel for the weekend so we meet up with them on the water as they left the marina. They had headed to Portishead for a sea shanty. I had visited on a friends boat to Portishead a while ago, it's not somewhere I would choose to go as the marina is pretty expensive and your surrounded by apartment blocks. It's worth a couple of extra hours journey to head into Bristol city center. Much nicer cruise up the river and your pretty much in the center of the city.
