Transfer news: Kalvin Philips to town on a one year loan deal. Philips has played for Leeds U,Manchester C and West Ham and now Ipswich. Philips left Leeds and join City on a record fee of 60million he started to not get played for the light blues and went on a season loan to the hammers and proceeded to play 11 games for them he then went back to the light blues and has now joined town for a year loan to revive his career
