Energy and Consciousness create reality
Thought creates and manifests through the focusing of its energy, as if it were clay placed in a mold. If we have the thought forms (the molds) but we don't have the clay to fill them (the energy), what will come out of it will be a considerable delay in creation or, at least, nothing will happen and we will still be asking ourselves how our focus has never produced any result.
Just as a magnifying glass can set a piece of paper on fire by focusing the sun's rays in one place, so it is with thoughts. We can have the lens of our mental focus, but if there is no underlying energy to irradiate and transmit that concentration, little or nothing will bring the process.
We can have the ideas and thoughts we want, but if they don't have the strength to be focused, they won't have the energy to collapse into manifest reality. This is why the presence of energy and focused consciousness (focus) are the two essential elements for the creative process.
Focused and finalized thinking thus becomes powerful when it is supported by an energy base.
There are two types of energy base: mental and physical. Both are important as they represent the drivers of focused thinking.
Mental energy base: motivation and passion
Physical energy base: the vital energy that sustains a living organism.
But let's examine them in detail, as their knowledge will allow those who want it to enormously strengthen their creative power, or to manifest in a conscious manner.
