Cover image found online losely captioned Netheravon Road 1995. However it closely resembled the Changi Post Office to me. Additional pictures taken at Fullerton building on the right. What do you think? I say the road spanning bottom to right in the first photo is Changi Village Road and the joining street towards the left of the photo is Wittering Road. The building and gate part of: Changi Post Office. Your judgement, nice day. I do not own the rights to the photos nor assert any ownership.
