⚠️Trigger Warning for (small) surgery scars

I’ve been posting on instagram but going back to posting on YouTube felt like more of a commitment that I wasn’t ready for.

I had surgery on June 16th for endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Feel free to ask any questions but I’m not gonna type a whole explanation here :)

There’s a full explanation of the surgery and the condition on my instagram.

Just thought I’d let you know I’m trying to get back to drawing but I am still dealing with pain so I can’t be sitting up for hours at a desk like I used to😅

I appreciate you all and I’ve missed being able to create and post art💗

Hellooo to you!! Yes you! I see you💗

I see your kind comments and the beautiful art you make for me and the posts you tag me in. Behind the numbers, I see how many individual special people bother to take time out of their day to support my art.

Just last night I was thinking about the community I’ve built on here, I was looking through the art you’ve made for me, and I’m not kidding when I say I began to cry.

I know I have neglected posting much on here recently. I honestly don’t even expect anyone to engage with my posts and it means a lot to me to see that there are people out there that appreciate what I can create🥹💖

The truth is, my condition is getting worse, and although I am in constant pain, I’ve tried my best to push through and create and post. Because… art really means a lot to me, just as much as letting others know that they are seen, and they are heard.

Being able to come on here and create something that I know will bring even just one person joy, is worth my time💗

In my current condition I have been unable to create any new art, it has become physically hard to even sit up, and I’ve lost a lot of hope and motivation due to the fact nothing has managed to help…

I want to be clear, my intention is never to come on here and complain in search of attention, it’s to be honest about the way I feel.

I believe it’s important to be transparent online when there is so much fake stuff out there. Personally, since my diagnosis, being able to see people online with the same experience as me, has made me feel so seen and valid in what I go through daily :)

I am doing my best to do what I feel is best to survive the pain I am dealing with, and if that means letting myself rest and not pressuring myself, that’s what I will be doing. Even if I miss being able to create things for others and the community I’ve built on here.

I just wanted to come on here and remind you all how grateful I am for each and every one of you!
Life can be very overwhelming, but you are never alone💞

Idk why it looks so blurry when I transfer it from my iPad to my phone, but then when I take a picture of my iPad the lighting glares on it😭😭how do you digital artists do this stuff??
