I was discharged from the hospital, two days after a successful hip replacement surgery. No surprise that my right hip feels sore and quite stiff. I'll be walking with crutches for a little while. It feels awkward, I can't lift my right knee properly yet nor balance on my right leg. But looking forward to a full recovery. The medical staff have been fantastic. #hiking #injury #lifestyle #feelgood #fitness

Quick update, a big day ahead, well for the surgeon and the medical team that is. Today I'm getting my hip replacement. This issue has limited my mobility and activity for the last 7+ years. Hopefully, it will be all fixed after today. I'll be in the hospital for at least 3 days. I can't wait testing out my robo body 😄.
