When we set our intentions, especially as we step into a new year, it’s easy to imagine that life will suddenly transform overnight. But intentions are really more like handing the universe a blueprint. Our job isn’t to build the whole house ourselves or worry about when each wall goes up. Instead, it’s about aligning with the feeling of the home we’re inviting into being.

As we align with those states of being, peace, joy, calm, we allow the universe to fill in the structure around us, piece by piece. It’s not about rushing or measuring success by how quickly things change on the outside. It’s about trusting that the universe is doing the construction, and we get to live from that place of alignment now. In that way, our intentions become something we inhabit, not something we chase, one aligned moment at a time.

As we move toward the New Year, we’re crossing a real threshold.

We’re completing a Wood Snake year. A year of shedding. Of inner change. Of truths coming to the surface, often quietly and without fanfare.

Many of us did not plan to change this year. We simply reached a point where continuing the same way was no longer possible.

Ahead of us is the Fire Horse year. A year of forward movement, vitality, and expression. From a numerology lens, it’s also a One Year, a cycle of new beginnings.

That can sound exciting. And it is.

But here’s something easy to miss.

After shedding, there is tenderness.
Not weakness. Sensitivity.
A new way of being still settling into the body.

So instead of rushing into the New Year asking:
Who do I want to be?
What do I want to do?
What do I want to have?

Try asking this instead:

What did last year show me about who I really am?
And how can I let that be more forward now?

The Fire Horse isn’t about pretending or pushing.
It’s about authentic movement.
Not impressive action. True expression.

This year isn’t just about intention.
It’s about embodiment.

You are not a title.
You are not a role.

You are part of the Divine Matrix itself, an essential expression of the whole.

Your true self is ready to step forward.

If you let it.

What truth are you carrying forward into this new year?

As Thanksgiving arrives and 2026 comes into view, I’ve been reflecting on what it really means to live life to the fullest.

It’s not about chasing everything or being reckless “for the experience.”
It’s about living intentionally, with presence and gratitude.

When we show up this way, something shifts.
Joy becomes easier to find.
And joyful opportunities start finding us.

This Thanksgiving, I’m practicing quiet joy and letting that presence guide me into the new year.

If this speaks to you, I’d love to hear what you’re choosing to carry into 2026.

A guided toning and bowl journey from our Practitioner Circle.

We set the intention, then let the sound lead — every tone rising from the heart.

It became a meditation in motion, an exploration of embodiment and coherence through vibration.

May this sound remind you of your own natural harmony.

The maestro playing the bowls is Irena Warriner the link is to her YouTube channel she is an amazing sound healing engineer bringing forth the tones laced with love compassion and service.

No matter the density of the shadow,
no matter how dark it may seem,
it has no real power —
only the power your awareness gives it.

What shadow will you dispel today?
What shadow will you take your power back from —
not with force,
but by meeting it with your loving awareness?

The moment is a gift we all have right here and now. It’s not about having to be hyper-focused or proving we’re mindful experts. It’s simply about asking ourselves: am I really aware of this moment, or am I just drifting through it?

When we notice the feel of the air, the texture of a page, or even the little emotions rising up, we’re not just going through the motions. We’re letting ourselves witness life as it unfolds. And that’s the heart of awareness: not knowing all the answers, but just seeing what’s here and then choosing again from that space.

The invitation for today is to allow yourself to take one moment and allow yourself to become aware even if it’s for a minute.

Synergy is like playing a cosmic game of red light, green light with the universe.

Green lights invite guided action.
Red lights invite stillness, openness, and intention.

Neither one is better. Both are sacred.
They work together for our highest good — two parts of the same divine rhythm.

✨ Are you at a red light or a green light right now?
How can you appreciate where you are, or allow yourself to fully be in it?

We often hear that life is about finding balance — between work and rest, giving and receiving, doing and being. But balance can subtly imply opposition — as if one side must lessen for the other to rise.

What if it’s not about keeping two forces in check, but allowing them to work together?

In nature, we see this synergy everywhere. Consider the relationship between bees and flowers: the bee embodies the masculine energy of doing — flying from blossom to blossom, gathering nectar. The flower represents the feminine energy of receptivity — remaining open and welcoming.

Neither tries to balance the other. They move together in harmony, each thriving because of the other.

This is the invitation for us, too — to let action and receptivity flow as one. As it’s beautifully said, “Consider the lilies of the field; they neither spin nor toil.” When we trust the natural rhythm of life, we don’t have to manage it — we simply participate in its divine flow.

This poem was inspired by the theme of integration. The final line speaks of the ultimate goal, to remember your wholeness. It is an invitation to see that shadows are not enemies to fight, but parts of yourself to be welcomed home with compassion.

This is not about praising or excusing harmful behavior, whether toward yourself or others. Accountability and boundaries are still important; what this poem points to is the deeper layer underneath. Those shadow aspects are not proof of your brokenness, but guideposts. They reveal where you may have abandoned yourself, and they offer an opening to return, to bring those pieces back into the circle of acceptance.

Tomorrow at noon, a new video premieres with a short meditation and a message I needed myself:

Even in the chaos, we’re still the artist.
Still holding the brush.
Still holding the paints.
And we’re not alone—our painting mentor, our divine art teacher, is always ready to guide us.

If you need a breath, a reset, or just a moment to come back to yourself, I hope you’ll join me.
