It’s been 3 months since I got engaged! I know 😅 I desperately owe you a life update!

A lot has been happening! From planning my wedding and preparing for marriage to being my best friend's maid of honour, serving in church, speaking, hosting, and planning dope events around the world 🙏🏾 - your girl has been #BlessedAndBusy.

But with every blessing comes growing pains. And whew, have I felt them.

I won’t lie - these past two months have been filled with tears. Tears of sadness, uncertainty, and burden.

Because what I’m realising is this: sometimes, the answer to your prayers doesn’t come as relief but as responsibility. And responsibility requires reevaluation, which leads to change—the kind that stretches, refines, and makes you uncomfortable.

But I can honestly say, in the middle of it all, God’s strength, peace, and joy have met me. I can feel my capacity stretching, my mindset maturing, and my relationships deepening in ways I never expected.

So, I’m embracing the stretch this season, leaning into the lessons, and hopefully taking you on the journey from here in real time 🤍

🥺💍 I'm engaged.

It feels crazy writing this, but I'm getting married!

When I started my YouTube channel in 2016, I had just become a Christian and wanted to share everything I was learning about God, life, and purpose through my videos.

I started sharing content around my season of singleness 8 years ago and so many of you have been on this journey with me. We've encouraged each other and reminded each other that God's best is worth waiting for.

You've watched me graduate, start and end businesses, walk in purpose, travel the world - all the highs and lows! And whilst I am a very transparent person, I am also very private as some of you know. But I just had to share this testimony with you, my YouTube community.

Don’t give up on yourself, because God hasn’t given up on you 🤍

It feels like it has been forever since I’ve posted, but your girl needed some time away to reconnect with God, and HEAL!

👀 Don’t worry, nothing dramatic has happened, although there have been many tears. I’ve just been realising that every new dimension of success reveals a new dimension of fear, and therefore a new reason to draw closer and closer to God. Honestly, there’s so much I can’t wait to share and catch you up on.

But for now, I wanted to come and encourage some of you by letting you know that,

YOUR YEAR CAN END BETTER THAN IT STARTED! 🎉✨

No matter how many times you’ve failed, how many times you’ve had to start over, how many steps forward or backward, TRY AGAIN!

I am feeling hugely optimistic about the second half of the year, not because the first half was perfect, but because I know God hasn’t given up on writing a beautiful story out of the imperfections.

I have been meditating so much on the beauty of God’s grace and mercy, and how time after time, after countless shortcomings, He hasn’t given up on you and I. That’s enough reason for us to not give up at this halfway mark, but to keep putting in the work to see His promises fulfilled.

I’m excited for us to journey towards the end of the year #GlowingAndGrowing TOGETHER!🥂
