"A Spark for Ho'olheyak" - A Short Story

As I was looking for operators who can defeat Patriot, I came across Ho'olheyak, and this skin of hers. and I instantly felt a spark.

Ho'olheyak wasn't just beautiful. She had the kind of confidence that made you feel like she already knew exactly what you were thinking.
and unfortunately for me, she probably did.

Then I put her up against Patriot. While she was unable to kill him, there was one casualty that day, and it was mine. I had just felt my heart stop beating.

Her Green-black feathers coming out of her Cyan hair. Reminding me of The Cyan sky just as the sun is rising. I look at her and I see my Sun Rise.

Caster specializing in Levitation. I can confirm, she does indeed Levitate you with her beauty. You will feel like you are in the stars while she hits you with her gaze, making you feel like you're losing HP every second.

"Meandering Stars"

"Chance to Levitate"

Pfft, She would not need any of that to make me Levitate. She would just need to trace her fingers on her thighs and I would be floating up to heaven.

"Well-Read Ravings" is the name of her 3rd Skill.
The elegance she exhibits as she launches tornadoes at you that hit you like a isekai anime truck, she levitates you up to heaven, only for her to bring you back down. Making you crave for that heaven up above and hell down below, yet she won't let you have either. She will keep you yearning. Yearning for her to give you an answer, Heaven or hell?

"When attacking aerial targets, increases ATK to 120% and silences targets for 3 seconds"
I felt hushed as I was floating up above, staring at her constantly attack me with her gaze. Unable to speak, I felt my voice drowning in my throat.

"Applies Weightless to enemies with 80% or more HP within Attack Range"
Honestly, I don't blame them.
If Ho'olheyak was looking at me like that, I'd lose all my strength too.
And I won't even need to be Above 80% HP for that.
I did not know whether she was calling me Fat, but she did make me feel Weightless.



At the end of the day, I may not have found the perfect operator to defeat Patriot.
But I did find something far more dangerous.
Ho'olheyak.

Patriot survived the fight.
My dignity did not.

She could not defeat Patriot but she did defeat my heart, my composure, and whatever sanity I had left.

Trait
After Flying Up, can block 2 aerial enemies

Talent 1
Attacks deal additional Arts damage equal to a percentage of ATK
When attacking light enemies (weight <= 3), deal more Arts damage
When in Flying state, inflict Weightless to enemies in Attack Range

Talent 2
When deployed, all Flying allies gain ATK and recover a certain percentage of Max HP every second while blocking enemies

Skill 1
After deployment, immediately Fly Up. Expand Attack Range, increase ATK and target 2 enemies simultaneously

Skill 2
Expand Attack Range and glide forwards while Flying Up. Levitate ground enemies within Attack Range as Angelina passes by for a certain duration, while aerial enemies are grounded for a certain duration. Then, greatly reduce Attack Interval, increase ATK, change damage type to Arts damage and target multiple enemies simultaneously

Skill 3
Immediately Fly Up, increase ATK and gain a certain percentage of Aerial Shelter. Expand Attack Range; Additionally, the 8 surrounding tiles are also considered as Angelina's additional Attack Range. Attacks deal a certain amount of Physical damage to multiple enemies and attack one additional aerial enemy; Aerial enemies within range have reduced Movement Speed. When there are unblocked aerial enemies within the original Attack Range that can be blocked, and Angelina is not blocking an enemy, move to the tile that enemy is in
Activating the skill grants a certain amount of ammunition, and the skill ends when all ammunition is consumed. Skill can be deactivated at any time

Trait
Can block 3 enemies
Can inflict Elemental Impairment

Talent 1
Reduce Elemental Impairment received
When dealing Physical damage, inflict a certain amount of Corrosion damage and reduce the target's Corrosion cooldown by a certain duration

Talent 2
When enemies that have been attacked by Thumpy trigger Corrosion Burst, Thumpy gains a certain amount of DEF (stacks up to a certain limit) and Barrier (cannot exceed a certain percentage of Max HP)

Skill 1
Increase ATK and DEF. Simultaneously attack and push all blocked enemies

Skill 2
Increase ATK and DEF. Sprays super glue on 4 traversable ground tiles ahead, periodically dealing a certain amount of Physical damage and Slowing targets for a short duration. When other allies deal Physical damage to enemies within the affected tiles, inflict Corrosion damage equal to a certain percentage of Thumpy's ATK

Skill 3
Increase Block Count and attack multiple enemies equal to Block Count. Increase ATK and DEF. Deploy a portable conveyer belt on 4 tiles ahead, causing unblocked enemies with 4 or less weight to be moved towards Thumpy at a certain speed. Enemies on the conveyer belt receive a certain amount of Physical damage every second and gain further DEF reduction during Corrosion Burst

Thumpy can pull enemies using a conveyor belt to pull enemies with weight 4 or less towards her. Also her S2 sprays 4 tiles ahead with water and enemies in those tiles take corrosive damage, even attacks from other operators do corrosive damage to enemies in those tiles.

Angelina is so beautiful, the way she moves around the battlefield is so smooth and satisfying! Absolutely love it! Her S2 is basically Fiammeta launching her fiery bird but instead Angelina just throws herself lol

I managed to pull 4 six stars (Haruka, Dorothy, Ulpianus and Lemuen) within 70 summons, All of them new. I am honestly surprised not a single one was a dupe lol

Talent 1
Can use a Repeater that increases Attack Range and change its direction for a duration; When the Repeater is on field, ATK increases

Talent 2
All allies in range (including herself) have their Arts attacks ignore a certain amount of RES

Skill 1
ATK increases, Repeater duration become permanent
Infinite Duration

Skill 2
Fires a beam of unlimited range, dealing Arts damage periodically; This beam can have direction changed by allies too

Skill 3
Stops attacking for several seconds, retreat the Repeater; Attack Interval reduced, ATK increases, attacks deal a certain Arts damage and inflict a brief Slow; If the attack got rotated by a Repeater, deals extra Arts damage and extend Slow duration slightly; During this skill, several Repeaters can be deployed, and they last until skill ends
Ammunition mechanic, can be manually deactivated

They're really retiring Ifrit aren't they
Probably she will have less RES ignore than ifrit but still to be able to share that talent with other operators is crazy
