Video Update: Well, I can now safely say that the FoxBox and 4Kids TV video will be out next Saturday at 3:00pm! Production has nearly wrapped up. All that's left is to layer in the images, put in the text/credits, refine my audio and layer in the music. Also, later on this week, I'll have a special treat for you all as a thank you for your patience.

Video Production Update

Good News: the production has picked up tremendously! After that week long delay, I finally got production back on track and I'm almost through with the main editing. Granted, I had to start over again, but it was well worth it. So, what was it I had to change? It was actually pretty simple. I switched to using an older version of Premiere Pro. As it turned out, the current version was taking up too much CPU and memory processing, and that's what was causing it to freeze up.

Bad News: the video's release is going to be slightly delayed. At the moment, I caught a really bad cold, and am just feeling disgusting right now. I was going to continue recording today, but it just wouldn't have worked. So, until I get better, production will be paused. I'm sorry to all those who were looking forward to this Saturday.

Now, don't get too upset. It'll only be a slight delay, as I've decided to push the release date back week to September 26th. Plus, I'll have a little surprise in store for you all once I'm better.

Thank you all for your dedicated patience and for being understanding.

Video update: Boy, has the production of the video been hectic!

It started off smoothly, where I started implementing a new strategy to streamline production. Basically, when I finish recording one section, I layer in the needed clips, which has shown great promise.

BUT THEN!

For whatever reason, Premiere Pro started freezing up on me. No matter how many times I refresh, it still continues to freeze up, and I have to constantly restart my laptop.

As a result, it pushed me behind schedule, to the point where I don't think it'll be ready for the intended September 18th release. That's why I've decided to push it back by a couple of weeks so I can try to resolve the issue and get the production back on track.

I'm sorry to those that are looking forward to the video, but rest assure. I'm not giving up on it so easily. I will get the video done and uploaded.

Coming on September 19th: We're going back to 2002, when 4Kids had a Saturday morning block on Fox they called their own in the wake of Fox Kids' collapse, with The FoxBox, then later 4Kids TV.
