The CDC ranked watercress as the most nutrient-dense vegetable on the planet — and it’s easy to see why.

Although it’s incredibly low in calories, watercress is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as powerful antioxidants that support detoxification, skin health, and overall vitality.

It’s one of the simplest additions you can make to your diet for a big nutritional upgrade — toss it into salads, smoothies, or soups to get more out of every bite.

Save this as a reminder to grab a bunch next time you’re at the store.

One of the biggest indicators of great sleep quality is how quickly your heart rate drops in the first few hours of the night.

If it stays elevated, your body never fully shifts into recovery mode.

Here are 3 things that keep your heart rate too high at night:

1️⃣ Alcohol consumption
2️⃣ A large meal too close to bed
3️⃣ Later night workouts

Avoid these and you’ll notice deeper sleep, better HRV, and faster recovery often within just a few nights.

Most doctors only test TSH. It’s the standard, it’s what insurance covers, and it’s what most practitioners are trained to assess. But TSH only gives you a surface-level view of thyroid function.

What actually determines how you feel is Free T3 — the active thyroid hormone your cells use for metabolism, energy, and mood. You can have a “normal” TSH and T4, yet still experience low thyroid symptoms if Free T3 is low or not being properly converted.

This is why so many people are told everything looks “fine” when they clearly don’t feel fine.

If you’ve been struggling with fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, anxiety, cold hands/feet, or hair thinning, you may need a deeper look.

Oxalates are naturally occurring compounds found in many healthy plant foods, but the issue isn’t the oxalates themselves—it’s how your body processes them.

When the gut is imbalanced, or when key nutrients like magnesium and vitamin B6 are low, oxalates can build up. Certain genetic variations can make this worse.

High oxalates can contribute to joint pain, vulvodynia, kidney stones, and systemic inflammation. They also tend to bind to minerals like calcium, which can reduce absorption and lead to crystal formation in the body.

If you suspect oxalate buildup, supporting the gut microbiome and ensuring adequate mineral intake can make a significant difference. At home lab tests like the Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Test can also help identify whether oxalates are playing a role in your symptoms.

You’ve probably heard terms like:

• “Leaky gut”
• “Oxidative stress”
• “Neurotransmitter mood imbalance”
• “Candida overgrowth”
• “Detox overload”
• “Low mitochondrial ATP”
• “B-vitamin deficiency”

But how do you measure any of that with real data?

The Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Test makes the invisible visible. It looks at 70+ biomarkers of your metabolism, gut health, detox capacity, brain chemistry, nutrient sufficiency, and mitochondrial function—all from a single first-morning urine sample.

For someone who “feels off,” but may have normal bloodwork, this is often the test that finally shows what’s going wrong and why.
