Not always when you see someone weeping does it mean they are grieved by something. When I am in the presence of the Lord, I am overcome with gratitude, acknowledging and reverencing His presence in my life. The One who sacrificed His life for mine, granted me life, comforted me in times of suffering, embraced me in loneliness, healed me from sickness, and called me His own. He illuminated my darkest days. Every encounter with my Maker humbles me, moving me to shed tears of gratitude. Not always are tears those of suffering, but tears of profound appreciation.
““I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches.
