This is the traditional food of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
This dish is called Painda/penda
Painda is a staple in southern regions of KP, particularly in districts like Karak,D.I. Khan, Bannu, and Lakki Marwat
This dish is traditionally served to honour the guests and symbolize unity among those who share it
The name itself reflects this, as it is a dish meant to bring "group of ppl sitting together" around the same meal
It is often enjoyed during the colder months
It is basically a dish with chapati and shorba mixed together with some chicken and potatoes and sometimes salad too
