Recently 2 people I thought were my biggest supporters through my journey, told me straight to my face that they don’t listen to my music, or watch any of my videos. They also said in so many words that they hate my sound and that I should make the type of music that has no structure or emotion just do it for fun. It was a shock to me because I thought whenever I did something they encouraged it but it turns out they were lying through their teeth the entire time.
A week later I woke up to Commissioned themselves posting my cover on their IG Feed telling the people dem to check it out. So many different celebrities and others liked and commented on my voice and how much it reminded them of one of the members of the group. They thanked me for blessing THEM with MY gift 🥹🫣😱🤯 I did the cover last year and was surprised they even cared enough to do it. I felt like I wasn’t good enough for so long and that I would never get a chance to make my break in the industry.
This moment showed me that through the cap and the lies. The deceit and the cries. No matter who or what may be against you, it WONT PROSPER!! God is moving through my life and I see it now. S my only guide and I only take action when he compels me to. So on today I’m giving this to you. I’m not waiting til Sunday the message and testimony needs to be shared now! His word is so powerful and I can’t stop the overflow of blessings he is bestowing upon me! I’m so grateful for ever he’s been doing in my life from time!
