My videos can teach you how to read a beach, and what the waves and water are telling you about the beach structure that lies beneath them. I also provide detailed videos on the various beach structures, how to fish them, and in depth tutorials on all aspects of surf fishing, such as bait patterns, conditions, techniques, tackle, strategies, etc. I've even addeda new section on fishing frim kayaks, so there is something for every angler. I have close to 50 years experience fishing, articles published in sport fishing websites and publications such Surfcaster's Journal, as well as doing seminars and public speaking. I am currently writing a book with a close friend (who will remain un-named for the moment) which we hope to have out by the spring of 25, so look for that announcement when the time comes.

Just wanted to let everybody know I've been out of action recently. I was in the hospital a couple times with some sort of intestinal virus that knocked the crap out of me, but I seemed to be better now. They're still not sure what it is, or was, but it has left me lactose intolerant, which sucks because it takes a lot of my favorite eats off the menu LOL. However, I am still finishing up my book and will be doing some audio drops of coversations with the person I am writing the book with. They may not be in the book, but they might also, it just gives some flavor and an idea of what to look forward to. Stay tuned, and thanks for hanging in. Be well.

Just wanted to mention that I just went through the process of answering every post that I never responded to. There is a drop down on my dashboard that had a bullet for "Not Responded" that I clicked on and was blown away to discover that there were tons of posts going back as far as 8 years that I had never responded to. I guess the way I was doing my comments wasn't the "correct" way and poster's comments were falling through the cracks left and right. So for those who's posts I did not respond to, please accept my most sincere apologies for not responding. It was not intentional or lack of interest in what you had to say, it was my lack of understanding of the youtube dashboard interface. I promise I will do better in the future and I'm always interested in hearing what my viewers have to say.

I just put up a companion video called "Where's The Fish" to my previous Beach Reading video called "Practice Makes Perfect 1" where I explain how I would fish the structure in the "Practice Make Perfect" video. It took a lot of effort but if enough subscribers are interested and will actually watch them, I'll be willing to make a "Where's the Fish" companion video for each "Practice" beach reading video I put up. So is the "Where's Te Fish" companion videos the type of content that you all are interested in seeing?
