Hi and thanks for stopping by! 💛
I'm a certified Yoga teacher here to guide you through calming vinyasa & yin yoga flows to support your practice at home. My guidance is grounded and straightforward, with minimal cues and plenty of room for silence, so that you can enjoy a down to earth practice in peace. Enjoy practices to improve strength and flexibility, while deeply calming the mind. I enjoy creating grounding practices to help relieve stress and anxiety, in addition to promoting deep sleep. I also enjoy creating seasonal practices following the Celtic wheel of the year, to cultivate the different energies underlying the seasons, keeping us connected to the earth's natural cycles.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat 🪷

As we find ourselves approaching colder weather and shorter days, the last days of summer seem to melt far into the distance. Out come the woolly jumpers and waterproof trousers (or maybe that’s just the UK), as iced coffees turn to spiced pumpkin lattes.

With the change in seasons comes a change in energy away from the vibrancy of summer. Our bodies mirror the seasons and may find ourselves feeling less energised - though that isn’t a bad thing.

Autumn invites us to slow down, rest and reflect. In terms of yoga, this is the perfect time to embrace a more restorative or yin practice. As poses are held over longer durations, yin yoga promotes flexibility and mindfulness, helping to de-stress and improve sleep. So while yin yoga won’t give you a six-pack, it will nourish both your mind and body.

Let this season be a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply and allow yourself the space to recharge. Whether it’s through yoga or other mindful practices, take this time to care for yourself.

You can practice yin with me anytime on youtube or patreon. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
