It’s honestly funny how some ARMYs always say things like, “We’ll accept any girl our boys choose” or “We’ll be so happy the day BTS members get married.” Yet, these are the same people who lose their minds online whenever a dating rumor surfaces. Just look at the second slide, the reactions on X and IG about the Jungkook and Winter dating rumors are ridiculous. Whether the rumours are true or false, there’s absolutely no reason to harass anyone over it. The same thing happened when the Taennie rumors started, people immediately went after Jennie and called her horrible names. And honestly, what if Jungkook is dating Winter? What then? Are y’all going to take back all the hateful things you said? Or will you keep blaming her even if they eventually get married and have kids? Atp, the obsession some ARMYs have with BTS is genuinely concerning. You act like the members are some kind of untouchable beings, when in reality, they don’t even know you exist. What makes this whole situation even worse is that most ARMYs are girls. So it’s especially disappointing to see women tearing down other women over a man they’ve never even met. How can you call yourselves supporters of BTS, who constantly preach kindness, love, and respect, while you go around bullying and slut-shaming innocent girls online? It’s both sad and disappointing. They’re humans too, and they have feelings just like everyone else. As a Winter and JK stan, I’d actually be happy if both are dating. But even if Taennie or any other couple isn’t real, I’d never attack either of them. I’m also a girl I know how painful it is to be called such awful things for no reason. So please, grow up and change your mindset!
