Musical Contributions As Narendranath Dutta, he edited Sangeet Kalpataru, a landmark Bengali song anthology compiling classical and folk tunes, showcasing his deep knowledge of ragas and rhythms. He composed at least five original songs, including "Ta Theiya Ta Theiya Nache Bhola" in Raga Mishra Dhani (depicting Lord Shiva's dance), "Ek Roop Aroop Naam Boron" in Hans Sarang (inspired by Rigveda's Nasadiya Sukta), and "Nahi Surya Nahi Jyoti" in Raga Bageshree about cosmic dissolution.

Performance and Influence
