F*CK being normal.❌
More than 2/3 of American adults are overweight/obese.
More than half of the U.S. adult population has diabetes or prediabetes. More than 1 in 4 kids have prediabetes. Scary!😱
Half the U.S. suffer from at least one chronic illness.
Almost 70 percent of Americans take at least one prescription medication, and more than half take at least two.💊
(If you live in a Western or developing country, the numbers aren’t that far behind from the U.S.)
That’s what “normal” looks like.🤨
If you want to be a healthy and happy human being, the WORST thing you can do is to be normal.🙅🏻♂️
The problem is, there’s A LOT of bad information on the internet.
An Animal Based diet is not a “diet.” It’s a way of eating.
Meat, eggs, fermented vegetables, white rice, fruit, raw cheese, and raw honey.
I eat those foods 90% of the time. I eat whatever I want the other 10%.
I also:
Only lift weights for 45 minutes TWICE A WEEK.💪🏻
Walk at least 8200 steps a day.🚶🏻
Play once a week - Surf🏄🏻/Muay Thai🥊
PRIORITIZE getting 8 hours of QUALITY sleep every night.😴
Get moderate sun exposure (early morning/late afternoon) WITHOUT sunscreen.☀️
In fact, RARELY do I use skin/hair products.
I don’t use any supplements, protein powders, or any other products.💉💊
Got bloodwork recently and everything looks great.
It DOESN’T have to be complicated.
I turn 37 in a few months - I REFUSE to be normal.🙃

Always ask for the “before and after, AFTER” picture.📸
Losing weight is NOT the problem for most weight loss enthusiasts.
It’s keeping it OFF.
It’s easy to starve yourself and do torture cardio for 8-12 weeks.
You’ll 100% lose weight.
But…you’ll inevitably put it back on, and then some.
That’s where most people find themselves - yo-yo dieting city.
What you want is a sustainable method of weight loss.
- An eating plan that keeps you satiated while allowing for the occasional treat.
- An exercise plan that doesn’t involve a near death experience every time you do it.
That’s how you lose weight and keep it OFF, even 5 years later like my coaching client, David.
First picture was from his initial weight loss transformation in 2018.
He lost 70 pounds.🤯

I STOPPED dieting and it completely transformed my body.🔥
Are you someone who struggles with yo-yo dieting?😩
I lost and gained the same 5-10 pounds for YEARS. (Swipe left to see my result from yo-yo dieting.)
Frustrating to say the least; Until I decided to STOP dieting. (More on this in a second.)
The problem with the typical “dieting” mentality is it’s centered around depriving yourself.
You’re replying on willpower.
The problem is, you only have a finite amount of it.
When it runs out, that’s when things go sideways REAL fast.
The moment you have a bad day, you go back to your old habits.
Food becomes your coping mechanism.
When motivation runs out, you switch back to the “See-food diet.” You see food, you eat it.
Say goodbye to any progress you’ve made. One step forward, two steps back.
It’s simply not a sustainable weight loss strategy.
EVERYTHING changes when you STOP dieting.❌
Do this instead:
1. Focus on food quality. Because quality dictates quantity. REAL food is the answer.
2. Eat 50 grams of animal protein PER meal.
3. Adopt the 90/10 rule for long term adherence.
Here’s a simple concept every time you eat: Revolve your diet around single ingredient, minimally processed, nutrient dense foods.
Animal protein (beef, pork, chicken), seafood, eggs, fruit, some vegetables your body tolerates, white rice, Greek yogurt, raw dairy, and raw honey should be the base of your diet.
Eat those foods 90% of the time.
Prioritize animal protein for EVERY meal. Protein is the “OFF” switch to your cravings.
The other 10%, eat whatever your heart desires - within reason.
Repeat FOREVER.
No more dieting.👋🏻

Jogging for weight loss is a SCAM.
Are you guilty of doing it?
Medium intensity intensity like jogging is one of the most common exercises people do.
Most well meaning people do it to manually burn calories.
The problem is, calories burned from exercise does NOT translate to fat burned in the body.
(Check out the Biggest Loser study as proof)
And if you’ve jogged countless miles but you haven’t lose any weight, you already know that to be true.
Human beings evolved to walk🚶🏻 (usually while carry something) 95% of the time and
SPRINT🏃🏻♂️💨the other 5%.
There is NO in between.
STOP torturing yourself by jogging.
