I drove to Des Moines BTW. Fun city, but I basically went straight there and straight back cuz I don't like driving in the dark in unfamiliar places.

I listened to a YT video about Iowa on the drive home. Lots of cool nuggets, including why there are so few trees!

Didn't really think about it, but when it's a farming land, they have to remove the trees. 🚜

I probably took them for granted in California without thinking about it. 🌳

I do love the beauty of Iowa and the lakes and the scenery and the seasons. ❄️

It's just very different from California. But they're both gorgeous states in their own ways. 😍

Now I want to learn about every state, every country, read every book I own, write every book I started, and quit all my jobs and just film Misty all day! What a life, haha! 🥰
