Thinking you're boring holds you back big time in social settings. It makes you quiet, reserved, uncomfortable. But this is not true: what prevents you from showing up in your power and value is that you don't feel safe enough to open up.

Fellow introverts & HSPs, what about making those mornings precious times to centre yourself & enjoy? β˜•

Rushing and being on auto-pilot is the opposite of what your personality type needs.
So, when you have time, practice making your mornings more intentional and slower.

For me, it looked like making pancakes and having breakfast with a good book and my tree view.

Be present. Slow down a bit. Your body and mind will thank you. Your self confidence will go up.
