You've done it! You've landed an interview for your dream role 💪 But how can you make sure you shine on the big day? Use these TOP TIPS!

🧠 Research - Find out as much as you can about Merlin, the area of business you're applying for, and the role you'd like to do.
📝 Prepare - Think about the times you've demonstrated the qualities and skills we're looking for. Use the STAR Model to structure your responses to our questions. What was the Situation, Task, Action, and Result?
❓ Questions - The interview is also your chance to learn more about us and the role you're interested in. Come prepared with questions!
🗺️ Arrival - Make sure you know exactly where you're going for your interview and how long your journey will be.
👂 Engage - listen carefully to what the interviewer says or asks. Sit up straight, make eye contact and be sure to smile!
💜 Relax - This can be tricky when you are feeling a little nervous but the closer you can get to being your normal self, the better!
