This is "Big Al" Fitzgerald Reid, my BFF that passed away last Saturday after a 13 month duel with Stage 4 lung 🫁 cancer.........
He IS SORELY MISSED.
Some people accept you for who you are and Big Al totally accepted me as my silly, serious nutty self.
We shared a love of bananas 🍌.
He is a Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, Humble God fearing, God LOVING Man.
He could see his dearly departed friends in the hospital 🏥.
I hate hospitals, but when a friend is sick you make time and hold their hand as they courageously hide the terror of knowing you're in a state of dissipation. He taught me a lot!!!
Friends like that don't come into your life everyday.
Don't take your life, the people in it, nor your time for granted.
Tomorrow is not promised.
