Hey Sis💕
Do you have religious trauma?

How about joining us on Sunday Morning for “Virtual Meet-Ups for Women Healing from Religious Trauma “

I’m excited to share that I’ll be co-facilitating a weekly Sunday morning Zoom space with women healing from religious trauma and rebuilding their sense of self after leaving high-control groups.

As a crisis counselor, religious trauma expert, and someone who has walked this path myself. I understand how sacred and necessary this healing journey is. 👄

So many of my clients have found deep relief and renewal by welcoming new experiences into their life. As we move out of 2025 into 2026, I wanna see us all continue to heal, grow, and thrive.💖

This space will focus on somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and integration work, allowing us to support both the emotional and physiological sides of recovery. Together, we’re creating a grounded, supportive environment for connection, regulation, and shared healing.💔❤️‍🩹❤️

Group Talk Therapy 👄
You’ll also have the opportunity to share individually in a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and held without judgment.

❤️‍🩹Starting: Sunday, December 14th

⏰ Time: 10 AM Mountain Time

💻 Format: Weekly Zoom Meet-Up

Please message me directly or comment below. I will reach out and get you added to this class.

I’m truly looking forward to connecting with you all. 🥰

In case anyone in our community needs support.

I’ve decided to expand our Ex JW / PIMO / POMI Women’s Healing Group.

We are now at almost 500 amazing women! 🥳🙏🏽🙌🏾

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been contacted by several women outside the JW faith who still carry the emotional impact of it through their relationships.

Some are dating or married to a JW man, and they’re looking for support, clarity, and a safe place to navigate the unique challenges that come with that dynamic.

Their lives are deeply affected too, especially when they share a home, children, or a long-term partnership.

So as we continue to grow, this space will welcome any woman whose life has been touched or shaped by JW culture, whether you were raised in it or connected through a relationship.

💕This is a compassionate, judgment-free community for women who are healing, learning, and reclaiming themselves.💕

If you are a woman who needs support, understanding shunning, religious trauma, childhood trauma, religious trauma syndrome, CPTSD, and healing generational trauma.

Consider this your invitation. 🫶

We heal better together🤗😌❤️‍🩹

🚨 Coming Soon! 🚨

As a Jehovah's Witness or Ex Jehovah's Witness, you might constantly worry about sin, rules, or “doing faith wrong”? You might be dealing with **Religious OCD (Scrupulosity)**.

💡 I’m breaking it down + sharing ways to find peace and freedom from fear.

Follow so you don’t miss this! 💜

Don’t judge someone because their faith looks different from yours or because they’ve stepped away from religion altogether.

Sometimes people with Religious OCD (scrupulosity) or those healing from religious trauma simply aren’t able to attend church or get involved in another religion. Their anxiety may be too high, they may feel overwhelmed, or they may be navigating layers of trauma you can’t see.

And even if it’s been months since they’ve gone to church or attended any religious activities, that doesn’t mean they’re anti-religion or have “lost faith.”

A key part of healing from scrupulosity, religious OCD, or religious trauma is having a healthy, safe community of people who understand faith without pressure or guilt.

For many, that healing requires stepping back, staying home, or avoiding religious activities while they rebuild their sense of safety.

Healing doesn’t mean rejecting faith; it means reclaiming it in a way that doesn’t harm.

Wishing a gentle Thanksgiving 🍁 to everyone!

A special shout out to those spending it on their own.

Stepping away from a controlling faith gives us the chance to honor these days in our own way, even if there’s no one around to share them with. I see you, I honor you, and I want you to remember that chosen family and self-love can be just as real as blood ties.

Today, celebrate yourself. You’ve weathered so much, grown through the hard parts, and put yourself first when it mattered most. You’ve earned it.

Sometimes, stillness and quiet are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Sending love and hugs to you all.
