For the Last 9.5 years I've assisted people to move toward a healthier version of themselves. I had the honor of being with Optavia and resigned January 18, 2023 to expand my offering. I am leaving all my past Optavia videos up in hopes that they will continue to inspire those working on their health with that program. I will continue making videos on overall health and wellness with a strong emphasis on the mental component.
