I am a family medicine resident physician with a passion for food, fitness, and community! I started a meal prep company before medical school and served over 100+ clients, from friends to professionals athletes. While I enjoyed doing that, my true food passion comes out when I’m at home cooking for fun! It’s all about surrounding yourself with a good vibe and creating a fun environment.
I love improving my kitchen technique and logistics, learning new styles and flavors from other countries, and becoming more creative and efficient.
I’m using what I know now to continue learning, educating others, and inspiring you all! Cheers to good food, great culture, and endless growth.

Celebrating 30 years old today! Rang it in at midnight in the hospital with some cake Rachel made for me. Came home to some fun birthday vibes around the house thanks to Rachel. Had a short workout and made one of my favorite dishes: beef short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. Rachel also made a 40-minute video compilation of birthday greetings and wishes from over 40 of my family members and friends. Headed back into work tonight but feeling grateful for where I am today. Would not be here without the people around me including all of you. Here’s to another great year and decade!

For my 30th birthday this coming week, I challenged myself to make 30 meals for less than $30. I was able to make 30 meals of ginger sesame pasta salad for $29.40 using ingredients from Lidl. I donated the meals to a local women’s shelter I used to volunteer at years ago. I had so much fun with this, and I hope to keep doing it as much as possible!

Just posted a recipe video for these chipotle chicken burrito bowls with double chicken and double guacamole! I made 5 bowls total. Each bowl cost me about $6 to make, meanwhile buying this same exact bowl at Chipotle is almost $20. Hope you enjoy the recipes. They are in the description of the video!

Beef and Rice Bowl Meal Prep coming soon!
I also just started subscriptions on my Instagram page! This is a way for me to build a closer-knit community where I share more detailed recipes, take suggestions and ideas from you all, do live cooking sessions with followers, communicate directly with individuals to help create meal plans, and much more!

Just posted a taco bowl recipe! Sorry haven’t posted in a while. Been on inpatient hospital medicine the past month so working 6:30am-7:30pm 5-6x/week. But now I’m back to the 8a-5pm schedule in the clinic and OR these next 4 weeks. Will be posting more content!
