People don't chase their dreams because of fear. Fear is simply the unknown. Here are 3 things to do do stop that fear:

1) Research what you desire to do
2) Make a plan on how to pursue it.
3) Start slowly and be consistent
4) KEEP GOING & Repeat!


The truth is your mindset is holding you back. If you didn't grow up around people that could help you in your goals then you need to Research and surround yourself with people who are doing what you want to do.

So I have gotten a few questions from members of the TMAU community on why I haven't posted about my digestive condition? I want to be transparent as usual and will do a video about this soon. For all my fellow buddies who found me when I created those videos the answer is yes, I still have digestive issues. My problems have not gone away and I still am very affected by it. However I have chosen to Live My Life! Is it easy? NO, but I learn to focus on other goals and things rather than to focus on what I can't change. A new post about this will be Live Thursday.
