Why put off to tomorrow what you can do today?

I was someone who put off the things I wanted to do.

Found every reason in the book to put off my workouts, eating well, general selt improvement and care.

And lots of those excuses were valid. I'm busy, I'm diabetic, I have other priorities.

But excusing my inaction towards what I wanted NEVER benefited me. Putting off the things I so desperately wanted set me up for failure- hard.

The excuses you have today will be the same excuses you'll have on January 1st.

If you want something, take action on it.

Future you isn't guaranteed. The only version of you that exists is the one reading this right now. The present version of you.

Is present you going to take action towards the things they want? Or follow in the footsteps of past you finding excuses?

Excuses to not take action, to put things off, to avoid them will always be there, waiting for you with open arms.

Find excuses to do the things you want. Find reasons to start today.

Day 1 vs Day 46 of 75 Hard

75 Hard is a 75 day challenge where you commit to
- taking a progress picture
- reading 10 pages of a book
- drinking a gallon of water
- two 45 minute workouts (at least one of them being outdoors)
- following a diet
- no cheat meals
- no alcohol
Every day for 75 days. If you fail one of the tasks, you need to start back at day 1- no excuses.

While there are fitness components to the program, it’s not a fitness program. It’s meant to help build your mental fortitude and discipline.

While I do feel physically way better, I’ve noticed the most improvement mentally. I’m more motivated, more productive, and have way better boundaries socially.

If you’re thinking about trying this out, I highly recommend!
