兵庫県姫路市を中心として広がる魅惑のエリア『播磨（はりま）地区』。
メディアで度々“日本一汚い方言”とクローズアップされる『播州弁（ばんしゅうべん』の所といえばわかりやすいかもしれません。
そんな地元『播磨を盛り上げたい！』というアツい想いから、地元のお店やグルメなどのご紹介、また播磨に縁のあるネタを企画し、動画として投稿しております。
キッカケは、我々が自社のインスタグラムアカウントで行っているインスタライブ。ライブ中に『播磨の情報をみんなで共有するコーナー』として『播磨盛り上げ隊＝播盛（ハリモリ）』が誕生しました。

当チャンネルは、兵庫県姫路市にてアパレルを中心に、雑貨、靴下、肌着、タオル、寝具、インテリアなどを販売しているセレクトストア『koezuka』が運営しております。
創業は1947年。現在は姫路市内にて2店舗を構えており、兄弟（3代目）で経営しています。
動画は主に、放送作家としてバラエティ番組を中心に東京のテレビ業界で活動していた、弟の副社長が企画、編集、管理しております。
