This Independence Day, we salute the courage and sacrifice of our forefathers and freedom fighters who gifted us the priceless treasure of freedom. Let us uphold Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals of truth, non-violence, love, and compassion. Our unity in diversity is our greatest strength — the bond that keeps India unique and unshakable. May we work together to protect this freedom for generations to come.
Happy Independence Day to all. 🇮🇳

What an outstanding series this was!
At the end of the day, the series ended in a 2-2 draw — but let me tell you, this draw feels bigger than a victory. Why? Because we played with a completely young team, under a young captain.
Before the series even began, legends like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Ravichandran Ashwin had announced their retirements. Honestly, I thought I wouldn't even watch the series. My favourite players weren’t there, and the excitement just wasn’t the same.
But this series… this series grabbed our attention.
Every match, every moment had something magical. Whether it was an unbelievable catch, a gritty partnership, or a stunning spell — there was never a dull moment.
And let me admit — I almost skipped watching the last session. I thought, “We’re going to lose this.”
But then came Mohammed Siraj — what a bowler!
He's not just a DSP by honorary title — he bowled like a real DSP on the field, putting all 11 English batsmen behind bars with his fiery pace and accuracy.
Absolutely outstanding throughout the series!
Shubman Gill, our young captain, showed great composure and leadership. He played brilliantly and led from the front.
Yes, I did miss Virat and Rohit a little — who wouldn’t? But this young squad proved something big today.
And to all those who say Test cricket is dying — just watch this series. Test cricket has reignited itself.
As long as this beautiful game called cricket exists, Test matches will live on.
What. A. Match.🔥
