آنکھ روتی ہے، دل غمگین ہوتا ہے، اور ہم کوئی ایسی بات نہیں کہتے جس سے اللہ تعالیٰ ناخوش ہو، اور اگر قیامت کا وعدہ سچا نہ ہوتا، اور اس وعدہ میں سب جمع ہونے والے نہ ہوتے، اور بعد میں مرنے والا پہلے مرنے والے کے پیچھے نہ ہوتا، تو اے ابراہیم! ہم اس رنج سے زیادہ تم پر رنج کرتے، ہم تیری جدائی سے رنجیدہ ہیں۔۔۔
