The AI conversation in Hyderabad is moving beyond the models.
At Mixture of Experts Hyderabad, Aakrit Vaish, Founder of Activate, joined Kavikrut, CEO of T-Hub, for a session with founders building across the city.
The discussion moved from what Hyderabad’s AI founders are building to the realities of building companies: product, GTM, investment readiness and what it takes to move faster.
One theme stood out: AI is moving beyond being a feature. It is becoming an execution layer, reshaping workflows, decision-making, productivity and customer experiences.
Hyderabad has the talent, infrastructure and ecosystem to become a strong launchpad for globally significant companies.

As a knowledge partner to the Directorate Of Information Technology, Government of Tripura, T-Hub supported the Building a Unicorn in Tripura workshop in Agartala, bringing startup expertise, industry perspectives and practical insights to aspiring founders.
