Itโ€™s hard to describe the connection I've developed with this cat and this (CrossFit) box over the last 7 odd years

It's given me perfect sense of belonging, an absolutely amaze tribe, and a place where I've genuinely made some serious gainz..

I'd gotten so familiar and comfortable with this place that leaving it seems like a bad break up and has made me mentally soft..

I suppose thatโ€™s a sign it's time to get out of my comfort zone
