What is Energy Coaching?

Energy Coaching plays a unique role, distinct from other forms of healing. In most healing modalities, the practitioner works with the client in a hands-on way.

In contrast, the Energy Coach teaches and guides the client verbally, empowering them to develop their own relationship with healing energy. In other words, it’s the client, not the coach, who provides the energy connection for healing.

Through a series of sessions, the client learns skills for emotional wellness, spiritual evolution, energy balance, somatic (body) communication, inner spiritual healing, clarity with boundaries, and much more.

Along the way a person’s intuition becomes empowered. They learn to speak their truth and live their life in alignment with their own values and modes of being. They awaken the power within themselves to create a meaningful and loved filled life.

Energy coaching is a transformative approach that guides clients toward achieving balance, revitalization, and healing in their mind, body, and spirit. The purpose of energy coaching is to empower clients to become their own healers, using energy exercises and processes that tap into their intuition, creativity, and spiritual expansion.

Why protesting Kelloggs is a complete waste of time...

It's real simple and no need to protest. I mean, I appreciate the outrage and bringing it to public awareness, but just stop buying the shit. I mean if they remove red dyes, it won't suddenly become a health food.

Cereal is a processed food with absolutely no nutritional value. There was a study that showed the cardboard box from cereal has more nutrients in it than the cereal it held. Plus it's expensive.

You want to stick it to Big Food? Stop buying their crap. Demand controls supply.

You know a better use of time would be is to teach ppl how to make a healthy breakfast.

Let's get back into the kitchen.

Back in the kitchen
》Beef shank stock strained, separating the broth from the meat and veggies
》nibbly bits (cartliledge, fat, and tougher bits) blended with broth to make nibbly bit pâté.
》bones to make a bone broth.
Ready for healthy meals through the week!

Easy and delicious snacks for a casual get together or as wonderful hors d'oeuvres at an elegant holiday party..

Bacon wrapped dates & Bacon wrapped asparagus

Just wrap and bake in the oven @35O degrees for about 20 mins (or until desired crispness)

Insert toothpick for easy serving

Make enough. So yummy they go quickly, no matter what the occasion.

Typically, I'll do tinctures, teas, or add herbs to my foods and shakes, but some herbs are just a bit too nasty tasting to take by mouth.

When remedies work best going through the digestive system (but make me cringe), I'll make a pill.

Plus, pills are:
Easy to travel with
Cheaper than store bought
And I know the quality of ingredients.

Many store-bought herbal capsules/pills have fillers and can be heavily processed.
And some brands have been shown to not have any of herbs they claim to have.

So I make my own.

Are you taking time to enjoy the work or are you stressed out focusing only on your goal?

I have been totally immersed in the book The Practice: Shipping Creative Work by Seth Godin.

It is both inspirational and filled with practical insights.

The idea I’m hooked on right now is committing to the practice (the process) of your creative work without focusing on the product (the end result).

I have to admit this is a concept I struggle with. I have always been extremely goal-oriented, needing to reach one goal after another. The end result was the most important thing to me, and the steps it took me to get there were nothing more than obstacles I had to overcome as quickly as possible.

Returning to my dance training has been challenging to say the least! But I decided that I’m going to commit to the process. To approach my work in such a way that I can find joy in it. And not just strive for the end goal.

While this is freaky territory for me, it’s also been very freeing and I have enjoyed and am more in tune with my training and dancing than I have ever been. I’m letting go of the expectations. Silencing the recording inside my head that plays the demanding voices of my old teachers, choreographers, and directors to be better and work harder. The voices that always want more, more, more.

And from this place of committing to the process, and not the result, I am finding my expression and soul in my work again. I am discovering me in my work again. I am breathing again.

And even if just to me, it is beautiful.

❓Are you taking time to enjoy the work or are you stressed out focusing only on your goal? How can you let go of the expectations and just enjoy the freedom of creating and the beauty in the process?

Here’s how I prepped my diet for my At-Home Retreat, and what I will be doing over the weekend to jumpstart my cleanse!

Plus, are you hiding behind a mask or are you allowing your authentic voice to be heard? Here’s my story of how I have hidden behind the characters I played instead of allowing my authentic voice to be heard. I also offer some ideas on how you can simply and easily, in a low-pressure way, free your voice and allow it to come out of the shadows.

I look forward to our walk this morning!

Today I had a beautiful moment.

A gentleman ran up to me and gave me a rose, saying, "Thank you for smiling at me. I needed it today"

I made the decision a couple of weeks ago that when I went into public, I'd put my phone down.

No listening to podcasts, music or checking my emails or social media.

I felt God telling me to make myself available to others, to conversation - to connect with strangers.

Since then, I helped advise a mother with a sick son.

I listened to a young barista who is struggling with his decision to go back to school.

I helped a woman at the gym how to use the equipment.

I prayed with a teller who is going through chemotherapy.

I encouraged and laughed with a new clerk on her first day on the job - putting her at ease

And today, I just offered a man my smile.

Kindness does matter and it takes nothing more than to connect with others around us. To see the pain, the struggle, the confusion around us and then just step forward to offer a hand, a laugh, or just a smile.

But we first have to lift up our eyes

I remember that day. I was up early to go workout. My babies and hubby were still sleeping when I saw the news on the gym TV.

I couldn't believe what I saw. The whole gym went still and quiet.

When the first tower was hit, at first I thought it must be some idiotic mistake made by the pilot.

But then they showed the second tower.

Later all the news coverage. People jumping to their deaths.

I ran home and hugged my babies tight.

Dear God, what the hell happened?

And then, how the hell did we let this happen?

And now. We better not let this happen again.

It shook the nation and the world. It shook all our lives.
