I just created a private listening experience. This is a release for those who have ever fought for their voice, it's a song you don't just hear but you meet yourself in. it is a mirror. It's called Validation It tells the story of a girl who has spent too long shrinking herself, waiting to be accepted, waiting to be told she is enough. But her story is not hers alone. It belongs to anyone who has ever been told they were too much, too loud, not perfect enough, or not allowed to dream beyond the boxes placed around them. This song is for the ones who were asked to be quiet to be accepted. For those who were told who they should be, how they should look, and how they should live, just to belong.
Today I sat in church with an excitement that I could not explain, I search within me for a reason and the only reason I could find was in the fact that God is with me and what ever he said about me shall come to pass.
